• I hadn’t expected Mara’s question and I gave her the first answer that popped into my mind, probably not the smartest thing to say. For some reason Mara doesn’t ask any further questions and Eiji is growling in my head when we hear what happened in the past few days, neither one of us liking the fact that someone might be targeting Alayah.
• Mara and Dad do all the talking and this makes me wonder where Alayah is, but when I hear her voice I feel relieved. She is fine and she is with Mara and Dad, she is safely on the Gamma floor. But my happiness doesn’t last long because she quickly says goodnight and I see my Brothers looking at me. We talk to Dad a few more minutes before we say goodnight to them as well and soon after that Anton, Marc and Crystal head up to their own floor.
