• Crystal is going to test if she can keep them apart at dinner tonight and asked me not to tell her what any of the others made me feel like, she wants to see if she can figure this out on her own. Nikolay makes me feel as if I can tell him all of my secrets and just like his Brothers he makes me feel safe. I really hope the connections Topaz is feeling have nothing to do with the Mate-bond, because that would make this situation very awkward for all of us.
• “Have you been able to get a lot of files scanned, Angel?” Nikolay asks as he walks to the front of my desk and I decide to play with him for a moment. “Yes, I actually did. I thought I would need to scan a few more years’ worth of paperwork before I would have a clear oversight, but luckily two years was enough. Now all I need is the paperwork from Autumn Pack to combine the reports and hopefully I will be able to present everything on Monday morning.” I answer him.
