• Xavier is standing outside the Alpha’s office and when I see the look in his eyes he reminds me of Noah a little, but again I am not intimidated by it. “Alayah, I have everything set up for you in the Luna office. It is the only office that no one uses and some of our Warriors are waiting for you to tell them where they should place everything.” Alpha Gordon says as he guides me towards the Luna office. I thank him for letting me use the Luna office, but that a table in the kitchen would have sufficed.
• Mom and Xavier keep me company as the Warriors place the furniture in my temporary office and I know I am going to get an earful on my outfit from Xavier, he seems to hate it as much as Noah did. “Alayah.” Xavier says the moment the Warriors have left the office. “I know I am not your Father, but I do feel that I have to tell you that this outfit is a bit much.” He says as he looks at me.
