Chapter 54 Samuel's Arrival

• It was late at night, but Samuel, who was staying in a high-end villa in the suburbs of Dunrey, was still up. He was starting to sleep less as he aged. • Suddenly, his phone vibrated, which made him furrow his brows. He had two mobile phones, one was for work, and the other one was a personal phone. Since it was already late at night, he had switched off his work phone, as, given his age and status, many matters didn't require as much of his involvement anymore. As for the personal phone, not many people had its number, and he would only receive calls on that phone for urgent matters.
• He then stood up and put his book down before turning around to reach for his phone. As he set his book down, it was revealed that the name of the book was 'Thick Black Theory.'
