Chapter 31 Battle Wear- Book One

• Waking up in Galen’s arms the past week has been glorious. We had been burning for each other for so long and our union; well, we can’t seem to get enough of each other. We spent most the time in bed. We also discovered the light appears to get stronger in us with each union. Not only the light But, we are feeling stronger and somehow more powerful. It must be because the darkness is getting stronger, so we seem to be growing strong for that big battle
• All we know is that now with the light ignited confronting Lucas is no longer a scary thought. We are aware together according to the prophecy it is us who defeats him. After I met him, I saw the darkness first hand and without Galen, I sensed how powerful he was with his dark heart. At that time, it did frighten me but being with Galen and now feeling the power of the light; we together are more powerful than the dark I felt inside Lucas. Now I finally understand why the people saw us as their hope.
• I just lay here now holding my husband in complete contentment. I was laying on his arm and rubbing his chest as we lay there awake from another satisfying union.
