Chapter 60 Thea, Are You Crying?
- Thea informed the doctor of Benedict’s symptoms and lamented, “Doctor, this is all my fault! I shouldn’t have made him eat spicy food. Is he suffering from inflammation?”
- “Madam, please do not worry too much. Children do not have a developed digestive system, so they are more prone to vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain and infection. These are normal occurrences. I have prescribed some meds for him. You may proceed to the floor below to pay for it.”
- In the bed, Benedict quietly observed Thea becoming worried for him. His lips curled up and froze in guilt. Soon, his guilt turned into sadness, as he yearned for a mother like Thea who cared for him. She’d feel sorry for me when I fall sick.
