Chapter 39 The Set-Up

• Benedict cleared his throat, and his expression was tight as he said steadily, “It seems as if Miss Thea would like to talk to you about the design for the villa. She’s in the guest room next door.”
• Ethan’s brows furrowed when he heard this. “I’ve already given her the green light to proceed with the design plan. What more is there to discuss?”
• Not involved in the previous discussion, Benedict had no idea about their decisions. He faltered slightly, but was quick to brush the matter off with a nonchalant air as he said, “I’m not too sure, but you could always ask her about it.”
