• The first thing I noticed as soon as I blinked my eyes open, was Luca’s eyes staring into mine, with different emotions running through it. He had his head pillowed a few inches away from my face, and when his eyes trailed down my body, was when the entire memory of last rushed into my head.
• I blinked a couple of times, biting on my bottom lip to stop the smile that was threatening to stretch out on my face. As if on cue, the sides of Luca’s lips curled up in a soft smile, and the image of him right now, smiling at me looking drop dead gorgeous with his sexy bed hair, tugged at my stomach a little.
