Chapter 143
- Luca’s POV
- “Dinner’s ready, sir.” Matilda’s voice echoed from the entrance of the sitting room once again, and I glanced behind the couch to stare at her. “Thank you, Matilda.” I murmured with a nod of my head and waited until she had turned back around and made her way out of the sitting room, before returning back to the position I was sitting in moments ago.
- “Let’s go have dinner,” I said softly to her as I turned my head around to stare at her and she nodded her head a couple of times with a whispered ‘alright’. We’ve been in here after Matilda had gone back to the kitchen in order to prepare my own dinner, and we’ve been mostly left in a couple of stretched out blanket of silence, the rest of the time that had passed by, has been with the both of us lightly discussing about music, and she had been shy although, and would start blushing and wouldn’t be able to stare at the television well, whenever a music video comes up and the video had explicit content in it. Albeit her shyness, she had still been able to converse with me somewhat and I had found myself wanting to listen to her speak forever in that light, tiny and almost breathless voice of hers.
