• What had happened just now? I asked myself as I blinked unbelievably while watching the car which contained the people who had abducted Armani, sped down the streets until they finally disappeared from my sight. I hadn’t even realized I had been sobbing until a few passers by who had probably witnessed the whole thing as it happened, gathered around me but I couldn’t see them until I wiped my eyes.
• My whole body was shaking as I pushed myself to my feet and I hated how tears was still falling down my face, but it wasn’t like I could magically stop it from falling. Armani had been kidnapped, and somehow, I knew I was going to be blamed for it– because we had left without the guards, even though Luca had always reminded me of how important it was for me to never go to anywhere without my guards.
