• Luca’s POV
• I locked the door firmly once James had stepped out, and I could hear the sound of his car being started and driven out of the compound late at night as I started to make my way back into the dining room. Sofia was still inside of it when I pulled the doors and made my way into it, and I watched as she raised her head up to stare at me as I began to make my way towards the table which was completely bare.
• I walked past her and sank into the seat I had previously occupied, watching as she placed her phone on the table before turning her head until she was staring at me.
