Chapter 21

• MELINA
• I walk out of my room and into the living room to watch some TV while I wait for my lunch to be delivered. I'm enjoying my stay at the Costanzo hotel as Thomas allows me to eat whatever I want and watch TV as much as I want. That's a lot of privilege for someone in my position.
• Taking a seat on the couch in the suite's living room area, I pick up the remote and turn on the TV. I flip through the channels, looking for something interesting to watch. I love watching old movies because I believe the effort put into producing them makes them great even without all of the technology available today. I settle for a cooking show since neither old movies nor investigative series are available; I also enjoy binge-watching once in a while. Someone walks into the room, disturbing my peace.
