Chapter 84 Longest Two Hours Of My Life
- Presently, I have been confined to the interrogation room for answers I do not have. The female cop was kind enough to get me new clothing and she'd let her colleagues know I wasn't responsible for the attack but cops will be cops as they thought I needed to be interrogated which means I wasn't off the hook yet. It's been approximately two hours since I left the Connor family's house.
- And it was the longest two hours of my life.
- A shawl is hanging on my shoulder as I wait patiently in the interrogation room hoping to see a police detective. The metal door creaked and I can tell someone was behind me though I don't bother turning around. They're all the same to me. Same cocky, judgemental attitude and their laser eyes that they think could see through anyone. Pff.
