• I'm still trying to get use to Lena's striking resemblance to her father. I had to rethink before I can recall the reason I sent for him . I clear my throat then I pour myself a cup of water which he offers to do but I stop him . I can pour my own water. I gulp the whole glass of water down then I poured another. I guess the adrenaline rush from the sex I had a few minutes ago hasn't worn off . This must be the after effects. Not now. I can't be thirsty. I have to talk to Damian. He needs to hear it from me. I inhale deeply then I proceed with our conversation.
• "The Smith are all over the News. I don't know if it bothers you but It does bother me. Fix your family. A broken family ain't good for business. I know your daughters are not in good terms and your wife is unwell but I want this fixed . I don't know how but find a way. Isabella will be freed soon and all blame will be passed to Trevor. I have prepared the perfect alibi. Just fix this mess "I tell him in all seriousness and his eyes falls. He looks ashamed but I don't care . Mr. Damian has changed since his wife was hospitalized. His cold , confident eyes are soaked with regret and grief .A change in his demeanor can cost us a lot. I need his head in the game unless his so called half brother wins.
