Chapter 146 Body Counts

• The night was long and I took advantage of it by having her in every possible position until she fell asleep in my arms. I know she won't let me touch her by the time she learns of Iona which I'm tackling in the morning. I haven't seen the DNA results but I have an idea of what will happen if it's positive.
• I remove her legs that are draped on my thighs then her arms that are on my chest and I place her in a comfortable position like I did when I returned last night to find her sleeping behind her desk. I figured she must have fallen asleep while waiting for me and I didn't want to disturb her even though I'd steal a kiss before laying her down.
