Chapter 54 Merna, Master, Zefer

• Slowly my eyes started to flicker open. Someone had dropped me on the bed that I have been acquiring lately. The pain that radiated from my backside was a reminder that no matter what plane of existence I was in, I still lived.
• Using my arms I pushed myself up from the bed, “fuck!” I hissed when I placed all of my weight into the sitting position. I inhaled and exhaled a couple of times before I shifted my weight around to find the most comfortable position.
