• Kate entered the house feeling pissed. She was on the phone with her father some moments ago. She tried complaining about her marriage and how she would like to get a divorce, but he kept reminding her of how life is about sacrifices and responsibilities. He also told her not to ever think or mention 'divorce' again, so as not to bring shame to their family's name.
• She climbed the stairs and went to their room. This room reminded her of everything that she was trying to escape from. She decided to pack her stuffs and move to another place. She was still packing when the door creaked open and Mason came in, shirtless.
