Chapter 33 The Judgment Room

• It had been three full days since the letter had arrived, summoning her presence. Now, she found herself in a room surrounded by towering vampires who instinctively backed away upon her entrance.
• She hadn't seen Selene in quite some time and wondered if she would be in the same room as her. Being alone in the presence of the intimidating vampires made her feel uneasy, causing her body to shiver with every penetrating stare directed at her. The judgment room, as she had learned, was filled with a myriad of chairs positioned above the floor, requiring the use of stairs to reach a seat.
