Sol's excitement was indescribable when she entered the room. She hadn't realized the number of cables and devices her father had until that moment, when she heard the doctor's words.
"How did it happen? The nurse told us he was dead," the young girl asked, unable to believe what was happening.
"She told you the truth. We had given up on him, even the nurses left because we performed CPR and it wasn't working. I was about to leave when the monitor started registering his heart rate again. I don't know how it happened, only that it's a miracle," the doctor replied with a smile.
