Chapter 32 The Wedding Day
- The morning of my wedding had finally arrived, and with it came a mix of excitement, nerves, and the anticipation of something greater. My room was bustling with royal servants who floated around me in practiced movements, helping me into my wedding gown. The dress was unlike anything I’d ever worn—a cascade of ivory silk and lace that shimmered with the slightest hint of silver in the morning light. As one servant pinned a delicate flower in my hair and another applied soft strokes of makeup, I couldn’t help but feel the weight of the day. Today, I was about to become not only a wife to Grey and Blue but a princess of the Lycan Kingdom.
- Despite the whirlwind around me, my mind drifted to my family. I hadn’t seen my brother Levi or Bea since I’d arrived here, and I hadn’t heard from them, either. Anxiety prickled my skin, and I glanced at Lea, who was helping with my veil.
- “Lea,” I whispered, keeping my voice low so as not to startle the servants. “Have you heard anything from Levi? Or Bea? They were supposed to be here by now.”
