Chapter 24 Remy The Bedwarmer

• After my shift ended I went straight back to my place. I took a quick yet very clean shower before packing my overnight stuff and went straight to Leland's house.
• The older man treats me with a fancy takeout. We ate straight from the box since he ran late after his last meeting takes longer than scheduled. He had told me to put my backpack in his room. And now, we were sitting on his back porch waiting for Princess circling the only tree available in the small backyard.
