Chapter 2 Remy Was Collateral
- The last couple of weeks, staying at Jed's apartment hadn't been enjoyable, he had been rougher than I'd liked with less aftercare. The club owner had only two modes while fucking, rough and rougher. The next day I would wake up with bruises on my body and a sore ass. But when he joked that he was going to let his friends have me while he watches, I was more than scared thinking if he was serious, or if it was his way of pushing me out the door. So I think of it as the latter and that was when I packed my bag to leave his apartment and go straight for work.
- It was closing time when I waited for everyone to go before I could slip out of there with my duffle bag. But Dodge, the biggest bouncer in the club told me that Jed wanted to see me in his office. He winked as if something naughty was going to happen between Jed and me, so I put on my fake smile and thanked the man.
- "You're leaving me?" He asked the second I entered his room, the man was sitting behind his desk and told me to close the door behind me.
- "Um, I thought you were done with me." I was certainly hoping that he was done with me.
- "Come here," he called me closer, turned his chair to face me, and parted his legs and I knew it was a silent command for me to kneel before him.
- "If my last comment offended you, I'm sorry."
- I was fucking relieved, thinking that he was not going to share me with his friend. I mean he apologized, right?
- When I nodded in a silent reply to accept his apology, he guided my mouth to his crotch. He smiled and waited for me to unzip and take his cock past my lips. Jed strokes my cheek after I sucked him dry, I smiled back at him hoping he was taking me back and I didn't have to spend the rest of the night in a shady motel before I go look for a new apartment. All of my savings would go to my deposit and first month's pay and utilities, then I'd start my ramen diet all over again. Yes, I might be splurging on my art supplies in the past few weeks.
- "Get your bag, I'm not done with you."
- He must've seen the relief on my face and the man chuckled telling me that he'd wait for me in his car.
- "Where were you planning to stay tonight?" He asked when I put my duffle bag in the backseat of his car. Aside from the three boxes of knick-knacks of stuff I stored at Marx's since I let go of my shitty apartment, I was living out of my duffle bag. Sometimes I wondered how my life had gotten to this, but then I pictured my adoptive parents and they always managed to sour my mood.
- "A motel, then search for an apartment the next day." I shrugged and let him take my hand in his. Jed could be nice when he wanted to and I know that he had perfected the act when he took my hand and kissed my wrist. I smiled back at him, thinking two can play this game. The months I've spent staying with him had thickened my skin. I had been put in a position where I'd never thought I'd be.
- Jed was my first boyfriend if you can call it that. He was definitely my first relationship and I struggled to call it a relationship when he still fuck other guys telling me that it was an open relationship, though I had no desire to be with others. My mind was too exhausted to even think about the drama, not when I'm busy saving my money. But I stayed for the apartment, the food, and the slight feeling of being cherished, thinking that none of the guys were staying in his bed afterward beside me.
- "Remy, my beautiful boy," he kissed me hard and grabbed my waist as I whimpered to his liking. I know I needed to play nice. Maybe I could keep him company until spring comes, at least I could bear the cold in any rundown apartment I could afford while saving to get a better one.
- When we reached his apartment, I let him lead me to his bedroom where he told me to get naked and ride him. I did it, I gave him my all to make sure that I pleased him enough to still wanted me back. Turns out he did. He was all smiling when morning came, he even makes me coffee when was getting ready for my run. It was the only time I look forward to, even in the cold winter I welcomed the freezing air.
- "Go and enjoy your run, we'll talk later."
- Talk? the word lingered in my mind while I stretched before my morning run. Nothing good ever comes from that one word. Not when I talked with mom, not when I talked with dad, not even when I talked with my landlord before I conveniently landed on a so-called boyfriend relationship with my boss, Jed.
- That talk came after we had breakfast. "You know how I like you most than my previous boyfriends? You're special, Remy, you're very good in bed, loyal, and good-looking."
- "Um, thank you?" I was not sure how to respond to that since he paused in the middle of his talk. But he chuckled and told me that I was welcome. His hand reached out to my face and stroked my cheek telling me once again that I was gorgeous.
- "I have a favor to ask, but first of all tell me, do you like working at the club?"
- "Yeah, the tips are good. And it helped me financially."
- "Good... good." Jed had never asked me about my personal life, but I gave him the bullshit about me supporting my parents. I guess I thought that having him pity me would make me keep my bartending job rather than just being his boy toy.
- "So, this is what I'm getting at, I'm having cash flow issues with the club. Nothing major I should be able to amend everything in the next couple of months."
- "Um. Okay..." I decided to acknowledge his words, but I was still not following him. I still didn't understand what he was trying to convey in our talk.
- "And I need you to be my collateral, to stay with them for that couple of months."
- "W-what?"
- "Come on, Remy, help me out, will you? You still have a place to stay over your head when you're done, and you still get to work at Zephyr."
- My mind kept on telling me that it was wrong that I was getting myself in trouble. I should be getting out of there. Fuck...and what? Get a new place? A new bartending job in the middle of winter?
- He must've seen my struggle when he pulled me onto his lap and start caressing my thigh. "You can help me, Remy, can't you?"
- His soft voice made me give in and I nodded. At least he asked me nicely. "Tell me how will it go? Are you involved with the mob?"
- He laughed and told me that I was being ridiculous. "No, just two very close friends of mine. You will stay at their apartment in the city, maybe do stuff while you're there,"
- "What do you mean do stuff?" My heart beats faster telling myself that this couldn't be happening.
- "Look, Remy, you met them we had dinner with them a few times already, The Daniels."
- Fuck, I knew the Daniels. I never did like them, I always had to play nice when they were at Jed's. And Jed would put me on his lap, and let the Daniels watch as he gave me deep intimate kisses where I'd moan when he parted my legs and stroke my cock in front of them. But I thought they were married. I've heard when they talked about their wives and kids. What the hell?
- "Wait, you're whoring me out?" I accused Jed, and the man laughed at me telling me that I was being silly.
- "Wake up Remy, this is the world we're living in. You allowed me to fuck you and I let you live in my apartment rent-free, shared my meals, and I even gave you a monthly salary for working at my club."
- My cheeks flushed, I didn't think he'd listed all, but he did. He clearly knows what was expected of him, but he was not mad, instead, he was gentle with me. Which only made me feel dirtier, how the hell did I get to this level?
- "Tomorrow, you will go and stay with them, the deal is two months. You will still work at Zephyr, do your daily activities, and your runs, but at the end of the day, you come back to them instead to mine. Remy, look at me, only for two months, baby," his thumb caressed my back and his kisses linger on my neck.
- He took me to the shower where cleans my body and fucked me hard, telling me that he was going to miss me while my head was still trying to grasp how the hell did he manage to convince me to take the deal with the Daniels.
