• Desire POV
• I come out of the bar with a tall blonde woman for Alexander and me to share. She was easy to chat up and agreed to leave with me quickly. I will not kill her, only drain her a little, so we both have a nice snack before heading to the dog house. Damn wolves, I really cannot tolerate them. They smell funny, and they are arrogant assholes.
• Alpha Erick seems okay, but he is still a hothead, just like most wolves I know. I do look forward to getting to know Kate better. She should know how much Alexander loves her and only wants the best for her. I know it is hard for her to grasp his situation when he was with her mother. Looking back now, I cannot imagine Alexander getting involved with a wolf. It seems odd to me, but he says he loved this Rainwater wolf very much and had a good relationship with her pack until he got her pregnant.
