• Alanis looks so broken as she leaves with Luna Kate. I am not sure if it is because she wanted to meet her parents or just the thought that someone took them and made a choice for her. Maybe we can find Jasmine and at least give her that. She was already on edge after meeting Iris with Conrad at the packhouse. She does not need anything more stress to add to her worry.
• Alpha Erick waits until Luna Kate, and Alanis are gone. Then he pats me on the arm. "Come on, there is one thing about these wolves that is not like us," Alpha Erick says. I follow him into the house where Walter is lying on the floor, dead, covered in blood. He stands over Walter waiting for something.
