• Kate POV
• Erick is upset. He walks behind Alexander and me growling like a rabid wolf. I keep looking back at him to try to ease his mind, but it is not working. He is worried about me. With all of this new information, it is hard to tell who is telling the truth and who is lying to us. I know that I need to know the truth from someone, and I do not care who tells it.
• It is funny how much my life has changed in such a short time. I was broke living in filth, and now I am the wife of the Alpha and a hybrid. All of this is a lot for one person to take in at one time. I only need someone to sit down with me and tell me about my past. I want the truth and not sugar-coated lies of the truth.
