• The bright sun glitters in my eyes, waking Daniel up from his deep slumber, as he feels something warm snuggling his body tight, with a head placed in his chest. He smiles, staring at the petite frame of Kiera and the way she snuggles to his body close, hugging him tight, with her head resting on his chest.
• Never could he think of a time waking up with a smile on his face after his parents, but from the time Kiera entered his life everything excites him with her presence in his life.
• Even the dark night in the meadows, to the uncomfortable sleep on the creaking old floor with just a blanket. Everything seems beautiful to her.
