Chapter 33

• An evil laugh reverberated through the walls of the cave when the dark witch erupted into a series of laughter. There was nothing funny but she just can’t help but laugh when she learned that Ember Jacobson was abducted by the hunters but she was strong enough to escape their weak claws.
• “This is so funny!” The witch continued to laugh. “Are you that special, Ember Jacobson? Why does everybody seem to want to have a taste of you, even the cruel Robert Kingston wants to have a piece of that power that you didn’t even realize you have.”
• She was in her secret cave, this is her hideout, away from the prying eyes of human beings. She can’t afford to show herself outside, not when she’s this ugly. That’s the reason why she really needs to get hold of Ember first. She will have her and no one else will have her power.
