• Ember often asked herself before if soulmates were true. Is it really true that the Moon Goddess grants every werewolf a mate, someone who will be with them for the rest of their lives?
• Ember never really thought that she has a soulmate, until now. She believed that Liam is her soulmate. It may sound weird but she can feel it, deep inside her she can feel how Liam clawed and caged her heart.
• Liam pushed Ember to lie on the bed, Ember didn’t protest at all. They were both consumed by the fire that they were feeling. Though she finds it weird that Liam is this aggressive towards her, she just went with the flow, she likes it anyway.
