• Selena sat bolt upright in bed, though she became dizzy in the process from the quick movement. Shaking her head to shake off the bad feeling she almost ran off in the direction of the window, however, her legs felt weak, numb and she ended up falling to her knees on the floor as soon as she got off.
• -Damn- she said through gritted teeth and began to rub the area to remove the numbness, she had things to do.
• Never mind the pain in her knees and the uncomfortable tingling that followed, she determinedly forced her legs to move and reached the window, but it was too late. The silhouette of her pet had long since been lost among the trees.
