Chapter 29

• Vincent can feel and hear every tick of the wristwatch he has embracing his wrist that seems to be in synch with the loud beating of his heart as he stands at the left wing of the altar that is decorated with fresh pink and white tulips as he waits for his bride to walk the aisle.
• The ceremony was supposed to start at 5:30 pm, same time as when the sun starts to go down. The skies are of combination of fuchsia and orange now, sorme part of it is of deep blue like his eyes that keep on checking on his time before scanning the whole of the garden in quest to find a shadow of that one special person everybody in the reception are waiting for.
• It is almost ten past the timing now... but he feels as if he's been standing here for a year already. What if she doesn't show up?! What if she does something bad to herself just to stop this marriage?
