Chapter 75 New Friends

• Beth was really glad that Alex came to see her. She was quite surprised that he came with lot of gifts, something she wasn’t expecting. What he brought were mostly food and a pillow for her aching.
• “How very wonderful, Alex” She muttered with a sigh before relaxing against the soft surface tucked in between her back.
• Beth imagined what her life would have been like if her fate had gotten entangled with Alex instead of Asher. She truly doubt he would have been looking for revenge and neither of them would be in that situation either.
