Chapter 45 Grumpy One

• The next day, Elizabeth woke up with a pounding in the head. Aside from the headache, her mood was dampen as well. Never has she felt so depressed and miserable all at the same time before. The memories of the previous day filtered through her mind as she dragged herself into a seating position on the bed.
• To her surprise, Asher was still sleeping on the bed. In a brief moment, Elizabeth wished she could just strangle him and end everything right there and then. But as quick as the thought came, it also disappeared as well.
• Despite everything that has happened, She knew she wasn’t a cold hearted killer like him and she would never succumb to strangling someone just to be free of him but that didn’t stop her eyes from glaring at him though as she stared at him, sleeping right next to her.
