Chapter 27 Sleep Walking

• Beth swallowed hard once again the moment the face staring at her finally registered in her mind and then moved to bolt from his presence just as quickly before her path was blocked by that same solid body, halting her in her next hasty steps with a growl.
• She stumbled a few steps backward before his hands reached out and grabbed her upper arms firmly, causing her to gasp in shock as she stared back up at him.
• Beth inhaled a deep breath, preparing to let out a scream. "Do not scream,Elizabeth" He warned rather quietly and she was forced to choke down the scream threatening to erupt her throat.
