Chapter 53

• Levi’s p.o.v.
• I dial Harvey’s number while I try one last thing to find out when this document was made, but it is a dead end as I had already suspected and when Harvey finally answers I know he is our only hope for answers. After I tell Harvey what we found I tell him that I have been looking for the date it was created, I explain to him why we want to know that information and it takes answering a few of his questions to get him on our side.
• When I ask him what he needs he tells me that he is already in our system, “I will call you when I have an answer for you and I won’t tell Maleah what you found. She might start plotting a murder and we all know it won’t be yours.” He says just before he hangs up and I know it is best if Maleah doesn’t get a chance to find out about this beforehand.
