• Maleah’s p.o.v.
• When I look up again I see that the others have left and I tell Mack we should head inside to hear what Dad has to say, he lowers me to my feet slowly before kissing me again. Yeah, definitely something I could get used to. Mack follows me into the living room where Dad is waiting for us and we both sit down on the couch facing Dad, waiting for him to say whatever is on his mind.
• “I realized this morning that you will move in with Mack and for a moment I hated the thought of living here by myself, but Timber pointed out that we didn’t have to keep living here. We discussed what to do with the house if we moved out and Timber came up with the right solution, we want the two of you to move in here.” Dad says and I look at him to see if he is kidding, but I can tell that he is very serious about this.
