Chapter 36
- My phone starts ringing while I'm watching TV with harvey. I quickly pick it up from the coffee table and turn the screen to see Emily, Evelyn, and Clara video calling me. My face lights up with excitement and I excuse myself, rushing upstairs to my room to answer.
- "Merry Christmas, Matilda!" they all yell as soon as I pick up.
- "Merry Christmas, guys! How are you?" I exclaim, getting excited to talk to them after weeks.
