Chapter 32

• On my second day at the hospital, it was much the same as the first. I was starting to get the hang of where everything was, so Olivia didn't have to show me around as much. After dealing with the initial appointments, Louis and I were sitting in the cafeteria, which was mostly used by the omegas who worked there. He was helping me go over one of the books I got from the library the day before, which was about werewolf anatomy.
• Olivia then joined us at the table and said she wanted to talk to me about something. I asked if everything was okay and she said yes. She then slid a folder across the table and I opened it, with Louis looking over my shoulder. It was Chloe's file and all the tests seemed to be normal. I said as much and Louis agreed.
• Olivia then explained that Chloe was actually a human and she and her mate had been trying to have a baby for over a year without any luck. I asked about her mate and Olivia said that werewolves don't experience infertility, but even then, all his tests were normal too. She then said that until me, they thought it was simply because werewolves and humans couldn't procreate together.
