• A sense of unease had settled over the Moonshadow environment or was I the only one who felt it?. Even with the warmth of the sun on my skin and the comforting scent of pine needles filling the air, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. The joy of our escape and the relief of being reunited with Kane was now with a growing uneasiness.
