• Alexa threw the mug at the wall, alerting both her parents. Beta Alex was sitting by the window while her mother was up in her room. Alexa was fuming in anger. How dare her father mention Luna? She had left the pack to think of what to do; she could not let Luna take away her position.
• Even though she was not mated to Adrian, a Luna of a pack might not be fated to be mates with the Alpha. She had to do something about it. Marrying Adrian was the only way to get her rouge mother into Lunar Crest.
