• When Luna walked into the kitchen, all eyes turned to her. Phoebe was putting on an apron and helping Neon hold something. Phoebe was grinning from ear to ear as she spoke nonstop to him. Her father, on the other hand, was solely focused on what he was cooking. He smiled at her as she walked in, raised his hand, and pointed to her chair.
• "Can’t I help with something for once?"
• "No." Her father answered. "You have to sit and watch."
