Chapter 8 Met Ex Again

  • Aurora pretended not to recognize him. Ethan became more embarrassed. She even pretended not to know him?
  • "Your ex-husband, Ethan Thompson," the latter also sheepishly answered.
  • Christopher and Rosa exchanged glances with each other. So this was the animal who conspired with others to ruin his wife and then throw her off like filth.
  • "My ex-husband?" She turned and looked at Rosa. "I had a husband before who became an ex?" She asked, and everyone would have thought she was suffering from amnesia.
  • Other customers in the restaurant seemed interested in her words and waited to hear her friend's reply.
  • "You mean the idiot who conspired with others to set his wife up and divorce her simply because his dwelling place is the hole between the thighs of his sister-in-law? Was that what you wanted to ask me?" Rosa replied, looking at the fellow seated with a sneer. He didn't deserve to be called a husband.
  • "Oh! Yeah, that's the perfect way to describe the fool who sits with his senseless mother to have lunch. Well, see you again, ex-husband," Aurora gave a wicked grin and then walked away with her friends.
  • Other people around understood what happened. Ethan was the idiot the two friends were talking about. Different comments started coming into his ears.
  • "Terrible man as a husband and unfilial son."
  • "He slept with his sister-in-law and divorced his wife."
  • "This must be his sugar mommy."
  • "Some men can put their dicks in anything that has a hole between its legs..."
  • Margaret couldn't control the anger boiling in her. She stood up and said she was leaving. Ethan also followed suit and quickly paid their bills and left.
  • "They are going to fuck each other in the nearest hotel."
  • "Shameless woman in her old age sleeping with a young man her son's age."
  • "Does an old woman make you more comfortable than your sister-in-law?" The last bits of comments entered into their ears, and they hurried their steps out.
  • Ethan got into his car, and his mother entered as well.
  • "It's all your fault. Why didn't you just pretend that you don't know Aurora Blake?" Margaret quarreled.
  • "How was it my fault when you called me and asked me to meet you here? It was you who wanted to see me, and I came. What's wrong with saying hi to an ex-wife?" Ethan retorted back.
  • He was feeling upset already. He didn't want his mother to add more salt to his injury. He hissed and asked her why she invited him.
  • "Your wife Sara needs you now. This is the time when both of you can make babies, and this issue of children would be settled once and for all," Margaret was coaxing him when he interrupted her badly.
  • "Did she come to report me to you? Twice we've gone for IVF, and you know all about it. I can't keep wasting my manly strength on a woman who cannot get pregnant despite exhibiting my masculine prowess," Ethan complained.
  • "It's not her fault. She wants to be pregnant too. Take pity on her and fulfill your part. Hopefully, one of these days, she would conceive," Margaret encouraged him.
  • If he was still with Aurora, perhaps they would have had two kids already. But he blew away the opportunity of being with an intelligent woman and went to be married to Sara.
  • It was all his mother's fault. She had pushed him this far, and now, he didn't know where he was going anymore. He was just paddling along wherever the storms led him.
  • "I'll try my best again, Mum, and that's because you want me to produce a grandchild for you," Ethan assured her.
  • Margaret smiled. She knew he would listen to her as always. He should do it however Sara wanted it so that her friend and herself would both share a grandchild to strengthen their bond of friendship.
  • "But one more thing, don't let her know about Aurora Blake."
  • Ethan didn't answer his mother in another word. He started the ignition and zoomed off. He dropped his mother off before returning to the company.
  • All those comments about him and his mother a while ago resurfaced in his memory. It was all Sara's fault.
  • If she hadn't gone to report him to his mother, he wouldn't have had to meet his mother for lunch in that restaurant and he wouldn't have seen Aurora Blake as well.
  • He can't stop thinking about Aurora at the moment. That woman has become more beautiful and matured. She carried that special attractiveness that he had never seen in her.
  • Was she married already? Had she been out of the country? He wanted to see her again and get things straight between them. Will she still want him if he goes back to her?
  • She was poor and defiled when he threw her out. He didn't know she would pick up the pieces of her life together and move on with life in a more sophisticated way.
  • He would find Aurora again and apologize to her. If she can't be his wife again, she should accept him as her friend.
  • He couldn't concentrate on his work for the rest of the day. His mind kept drifting off to Aurora Blake.
  • **
  • Aurora got a car and got her kids registered in their new school. She moved her things into the new home and her friends accompanied her.
  • She promised to take her kids around the city during the weekend.
  • She felt like a satisfied woman. She had a life, a job and two adorable boys. She was going to live her coming days pleasing herself and her kids.
  • Christopher drove Rosa home that day. He had a crush on Rosa already.
  • ”Would you mind going to lunch with me the next day?”
  • Rosa lowered her eyes. She liked him a lot, but what if Aurora had a crush on him and didn’t want to show it? She could never hurt her friend.
  • “I cannot promise you lunch but I will try.”
  • **
  • When Ethan arrived home, he pretended as if his mother didn't say anything to him and went calmly with Sara.
  • He made love to her but all through it all, he was only moaning Aurora's name. Sara was feeling uncomfortable but endured it otherwise he might stop half way and not continue the act of love making.
  • While Ethan was riding Sara, the picture in his mind was Aurora. He seemed to be making love to her and that made him drive her gently and sweetly.
  • When he was done with his wife, she felt happy and satisfied. She can't remember when her husband was so gentle and sweet to her. For some time now, whenever he made love to her, he did it out of compulsion rather than for pleasure.
  • He would ride her roughly and thrust her like she was some hole with a stick thrust into it. But that evening he was like the Ethan Thompson she used to know.
  • Her mother in law must have given him some spanking.
  • He just laid naked on the bed beside her and said nothing else. He felt disappointed when he rolled off her and found she wasn't Aurora.
  • "Have you been thinking about my sister lately?" Sara asked in a cheerful tone. Her voice was vibrant and lively as expected of a sexually satisfied wife.
  • Ethan squinted. "Why are you asking?"
  • "You kept moaning her name while making love to me and you were sweet tonight. I was confused and asked if you were with her earlier or have been thinking about her," Sara explained, snuggling her body against his naked one and pressing her boobs against him to make him feel her body well.
  • Ethan doesn't seem interested in her anymore. He didn't know he was moaning Aurora's name. The thinking of her had occupied his soul and reflected in his exercise.
  • "Humm, I didn't know that," Ethan answered flippantly and carefully raised her off himself and stood up. He got into the bathroom to clean himself.
  • Sara became suspicious. Ethan must have found Aurora and have been having secret affairs with her. What he did this evening was an indication that they'd been seeing each other as she was seeing him when he was still married to Aurora.
  • She was never going to take it lightly with Aurora Blake.
  • Hadn’t she already succeeded in seducing Ethan and making him unfaithful to Aurora?
  • She was not that weak wife like Aurora who didn't see through the affairs she had with her husband while she was still his wife.
  • She was smarter than her sister and would not give room for cheating in her marriage. Ethan Thompson never had and could never be hers.
  • He was mine, yes, exclusively, and strictly mine.
