• Tim felt his mind go blank. What did Lee mean by asking someone they just met if he was their real dad? Did he know a fake one before?
• "Maybe. I might be your daddy if the DNA proves it," Alexander replied, attempting a smile. He'd never interacted with children before and didn't quite know how to connect with them on a friendly level.
