Chapter 7 Plagiarism

• Julia paused at his words, she raised her brows lightly as she glanced at Austin who didn’t dare to look at her, “Is that what he told you?” She asked him with a bitter tone, “That I plagiarized his work?”
• “You don’t need to blame others for your mistakes! You should work harder instead of taking what does not belong to you.” Blackwood cut her short coldly as the remaining thread of sanity which her brain was holding unto snapped.
• “President!” Isabella immediately held her hand to stop her from flipping the whole table off.
• “President Ethan Blackwood Ethan! Will you take responsibility for what you just said without any clear evidence?!” She took a step forward and faced him directly.
• “Isn’t it obvious?!”
• “Then I hope that you will kneel down and beg me after. I am telling you, this will not just end with a settlement, I will drag you to hell even if I need to.” She threatened Ethan and then turned to Austin, “Always holding unto my leftovers, what can I say when you are trash. Enjoy the blessing my discarded work has given you until when we see again!” She lifted her chin and looked at them condescendingly and walked to the door.
• But just as she was about to leave, she paused and retraced her steps, She walked back to the table. Slowly handed her bag to Isabella and the n bent down to flip the table, “You crazy bitch, What the hell do you think you are doing?!” Austin yelled and moved aside as Ethan sat down there without moving.
• “Bye” Julia looked up and waved at them with a bright smile before leaving the office.
• Isabella followed behind her in a hurry, so that she wouldn’t leave her sight, “What are you going to do now? We really needed this project for the company.” Bella reminded her as Julia ignored her until they walked to her car. She got in as Bella sat in front with the driver not daring to say anything knowing that Julia is visibly annoyed.
• Julia sat behind, her face twisted in frustration, and her whole body was radiating hostility, “President!” Bella called as Julia raised her eyes to look at her.
• “Your brother is coming back today. I hope you remember.” Isabella reminded again as Julia paused.
• “I remember that he is supposed to be on vacation next month.” Julia asked as Bella touched her forehead annoyed by how much her boss forgets things things.
• “Did you forget he beat his classmate up, and because you refused to apologize to the victim claiming that your brother won’t beat anyone up for a reason, he was expelled.”Bella reminded her once again.
• “Well, It is not like my brother is wrong. He never beats someone up for no reason.” Julia didn’t hesitate to defend him.
• “Will you pick him up at the airport?” Bella asked as Julia shook her head.
• “Send a car, We have other things to do.And withdraw our sponsorship of the school. Drive back home, we will not be going back to the office today.” She ordered as the river nodded and did exactly as he was told.
• As soon as they drove back to her villa, Julia got down from her car and hurried inside. Julia exchanged looks with the driver and followed behind her to know what she is up to now. Julia hurried to her study and looked at the locations where her CCTV camera’s were fixed, “Are you looking for something?” Isabella asked as soon s she stepped in.
• “Get me the footage of all these cameras, I need to catch a thief.” Julia ordered as Bella looked at her strangely and left the office to do what she ordered..
• As soon as she left, Julia smiled brightly as she thought of the perfect way to sue her enemies and make them regret all that they did to her.
• It took a while but Bella soon returned with the USB containing the footage of her study, “This is from 3 months ago. It will take us a whole day if we want to watch it.” Bella sighed exhausted before they even started. Once again she started contemplating if she should just quit, but her thinking of the pay, she cheered up instantly.
• “But we are going to watch it.”
• “You have files to go through at the office.” Bella reminded.
• “That’s true. You should go through it while I watch these.” Julia took the USB from her and inserted them in her computer.
• “Then I will leave.” Bella said as Julia nodded without looking at her.
• “Until she gets her revenge, I don’t think she is ever going to stop.” She mumbled to herself and then left the study. She walked up to the Chef, “Miss Bella, Are you leaving already?” The chef asked as Bella nodded.
• “There are somethings that I still have to do at the office.” Bella nodded and made to leave but stopped, “The young master is coming back today. Please prepare his favorite meal and make sure they eat together.” Bella reminded the Chef who nodded immediately.
• “I am not sure if I can make them eat together but I will definitely prepare his favorite meal.” The Chef sighed as he thought of the relationship between the brother and sister.
• “Don’t stress yourself and do what you can do.” Bella smiled and left.
• Julia focused on watching the footage as she hoped to find something real soon, but even while fast forwarding it, nothing showed. Hours passed, evening came, then night came before she finally looked up.
• “Why is their footage of him coming in, but it didn’t show him taking anything?” She mumbled and stood up to analyze her study, then her eyes moved to her trash, “Damn! It was at a black spot. No wonder the CCTV did not get it.” She sighed heavily and then slumped on her sofa.
• “Is there really no way to prove that he stole that work from me” Disappointed, she placed her hand over her head still thinking deeply.
• Just as she was thinking deeply, She felt something hit her feet, She looked down to see what it is. It was her company’s newest product, A vacuum cleaner that has a camera installed in it, “Wait! A camera.” She sat up immediately as a soft gasp escaped her lips, and her eyes sparkling with excitement as she picked up the vacuum cleaner to look at it
• But just as she was still in her new discovery, Her phone rang. Although annoyed by the sudden interruption she still picked up, “Hello, Who is this?”
• “This is the police. Your brother is here with us.”
