Chapter 43 An Attack On The Captain

• Marco grabbed his jacket really quick and put it on, he was late for work already; that is if he still had one after the little stunt he had attempted to pull yesterday. Well, not like he regretted any of it.
• The police captain turned his bedroom upside down in search of his gun. He had been so tired when he returned last night that he could not remember where he had dropped his gun in a haste. It had to be somewhere here in his bedroom.
• He was a bachelor and so he lived alone, his two room apartment was quite the mess, but he wouldn’t be blamed now, would he? You can’t be fighting crime and dirt at the same time; he would probably need a maid or better still, a wife.
