Chapter 21 He Touched Her

• Elena stands up as she hears footsteps climbing down the stairs, she is glad that someone has finally decided to come and check on her. The poor girl had been screaming ever since the previous night that she was roughly dragged and locked in the small cell.
• It seemed like no one was paying attention to her, she had been here for roughly twenty hours; at least she was able to keep time with the help of the watch on her wrist before she was brutally locked away.
• She had not had any food or water and she was obviously starving. Maybe it would have been better if she had no count of time; watching the clock go round over and over was really stressful, she had to sleep a couple of times.
