• I can’t believe it. When I arrived at the university this morning three more sick dolphins were brought in. Without thinking, the locals who thought they were helping, brought in the sick dolphins and threw them in the tank with Milly without making sure they were decontaminated. All three have died and now Milly is sick again. I had to put her in a sling because she couldn’t even swim. I’m going to lose her and don’t know what to do.
• “I can’t do this,” I cry. “Please Milly, don’t die. You can pull through, old girl. I just know it.”
