• Cassandra was standing in front of the photocopier, making copies of the recently drafted transfer agreement and the title deed. In between tasks, she responded, “Understood. Please distribute the processed documents on the desk. Let me know when Quentin arrives this afternoon.”
• “All right.” Ashley came over and took away a stack of files from the table.
• After finishing the photocopying, Cassandra returned to her seat. She carefully organized the copies and bound them together, preparing the original documents to be stored in the safety deposit box.
