Chapter 53

• I gently draped my coat over her shoulders as a chilly breeze blew through the window. "There's still one more room I want to show you..."
• She nodded and intertwined our fingers as I brought her back down to the fourth floor. Weaving through a couple more hallways, I stopped in front of two heavy doors with swirling engravings along the edges of the door that lead down to two golden door knobs at the center.
• "I saved the best for last, so I hope you like it."
