• I glance at Hugo and damn this guy is still gluing his eyes on me and he doesn't even care that Landon is here or Dominique. Even when he's drinking wine, he's still looking at me. His green eyes won't even leave me alone. I stare at him longer trying to play his game as he pulls the glass of wine away from his mouth.
• Our eyes met as he gulped his drink down his throat then he licked his lips briefly and wiped his mouth with the table napkin. Damn it, why did it feel like it was in slow motion when he did that? I quickly looked away once Dominique caught me staring at Hugo longer. "You'd definitely fit in, Dominique. With your height, your pretty face and nice attitude..." I trailed off as I looked away.
