Chapter 215 Intoxicated Enough

• I squatted down in front of the couch where Ben was sleeping and carefully carried him. He was heavy but I still managed to carry him anyway. Rose and I walked up the stairs to place the kids inside their room. I gently placed Ben on top of his bed and pulled the blanket up to his chin. I watched my own son sleep peacefully and I quickly pushed his hair off his eyes and forehead. As soon as I got a hang of it, I kissed his forehead and headed towards his door and left.
• I walked down the stairs and headed to the kitchen to grab myself some beer. I got a pack and walked back to the living room and started scanning through channels. I'm sure Rose had fallen asleep too and I don't want to disturb her. We weren't going to share a room tonight which was the sad thing about this day aside from the fact that this thing we did today will end tomorrow. It makes me sad that I'll be going to France tomorrow for my business expansion of Saintclare Enterprises and I know I have to stay there for a while.
